Jason Green is a seasoned real estate development and finance entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in the competitive Los Angeles market. In the 2008 Recession, Jason successfully managed the disposition of over 600 distressed trust deeds and REO properties through creative loss mitigation strategies. In 2010, he switched his focus to luxury residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial projects, achieving investor yields of 20%-30% and building a $10M investor pool. He then expanded his reach into brokerage and property management services with 2Form Design + Build, and currently manages a $200M portfolio, including luxury offices, residences, multi-family apartments, and co-working spaces.

Paul Kalt is the Founder and CEO of The Kalt Group, and CEO of Upside Capital Holdings, an owner/operator of large apartment buildings in Dallas with an integrated construction team, he has focused heavily on value-add turnaround projects building passive income and equity for investors. They partner with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional partners to deliver risk-adjusted real estate investments in top U.S. markets. Paul brings this extensive expertise in ownership, construction, management, acquisitions, value-add rehabs, and real estate syndication to Build Strong, and Quake Strong Inc.

Michael Bitton is a distinguished construction professional with a proven history of successfully managing and delivering complex, high-profile projects. His experience ranges from constructing a $25 million single-family residence to developing a 60,000-square-foot mixed-use building with three underground parking levels in Beverly Hills' iconic Golden Triangle. Michael is known for his hands-on approach, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage every aspect of a build, from initial planning to the final touches. Whether working on high-end luxury homes or large-scale urban developments, he combines technical expertise with a commitment to quality and innovation. Michael's dedication to excellence and his ability to overcome challenges on even the most demanding projects have earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the construction industry.

Neil is a third generation construction man. His grandfather founded central construction in Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1957. His uncle expanded the business through Nebraska, Kansas, Georgia, and more. Neil has decades of experience in real estate, real estate financing and both residential and commercial construction and renovations. Uniquely, Neil brings to Build Strong a winning track record of catastrophe insurance claims successes with hurricane, hail, wind and now, sadly, wild fire claims including supplemental claims and arduous appeals. Neil enjoys warm working relationships with clients and measures his success by realizing outcomes that truly help people.
